A contract under these terms and conditions is for our benefit and your benefit, and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.
The exercise of the parties' rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

15. Entire agreement

Subject to Section 7.1, these terms and conditions, together with our privacy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.

16. Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

We are registered as SOS CHILDREN'S VILLAGES JAMAICA with the Charity Commission (charity number: 1069204) in England and Wales and are subject to rules, which can be found at www.gov.uk
We subscribe to the Code of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Promise, which can be consulted electronically at the Fundraising Regulator.

18. Recurring payments

The cardholder is required to provide a valid e-mail address and registered card details.

Recurring payments may not be supported by all card issuers and SOS Children's Villages Jamaica cannot therefore guarantee this payment option for all cards.

The cardholder is required to ensure that all registered card details are updated and remain valid at all times. Failure to do so may result in the payment option being suspended and/or withdrawn.

By setting up a regular recurring donation, you authorise SOS Children's Villages Jamaica to collect regular payments from your registered card until you or SOS Children's Villages Jamaica cancel any such agreement.

SOS Children's Villages Jamaica reserves the right to represent any failed or rejected payment at its discretion without notification to the customer.
SOS Children's Villages Jamaica will collect any payments on or shortly after the agreed date taking into account Jamaica bank and public holidays.

The cardholder agrees that changes to the amount or payment date must be made at least 3 working days prior to the next scheduled payment date. Changes made after this time may not take effect until the following scheduled payment date.

SOS Children's Villages Jamaica will confirm any changes made to the amount or payment date to the e-mail address registered against the card.
SOS Children's Villages Jamaica reserves the right to cancel any Regular Recurring Authority with immediate effect for any reason, for example, your failure to make payments as agreed or your failure to accept amendments when requested.

You are required to provide a valid e-mail address and registered card details, which must be continuously maintained. Failure to do so may result in the payment option being suspended or withdrawn.

SOS Children's Villages Jamaica reserves the right to withdraw the Regular Recurring Authority payment option at any time.
